The Trophy started in Rome in 1963!
The location of 7 Colli for the first time is Pescara (Naiadi diving Center).
Today there are world champions and world record men such as: Tancock Liam (GBR-50m backstroke world record), Federcica Pellegrini (ITA-400m and 200m Freestyle world record), Alessia Filippi (ITA-800m Freestyle world record), Milorad Cavic (SRB-European Record 100m Butterfly Man and 100m freestyle world champion).
475 competitors from 15 countryes are entered in this event.
